breatheglitterr: need help/advice.. kinda random tho lol so this guy in my class asked to to prom and i said yes. im a junior. i knows hes liked me since the beginning of the year but he's never talked to me enough to be on a good friends level cuz hes always been too nervous as easy as i am to talk to or try to be. i think hes gonna ask me to be his gf too and i need a nice way to say no and stay on a good friends status. like basically say i just wanna be close friends and i dont want a relationship. help! THIS IS MY EXACT SAME PROBLEM!! the guy that asked me to prom liked me too!! and i had never really talked to him before either. I would say at prom make sure he doesnt get any flirty vibes form you. just keep the conversation completely casual and on a friend level and make sure you two dont end up alone. have a friend and their date always with yuo too, and keep it a group thing. haha hope this helped!! im glad to hear that im not the only person this is happening to though!! haha
